Brad has served as the Senior Pastor at Grace since January 1996, and has a B.S. in Bible Teaching along with an M. Div. from Columbia Bible College and Seminary. He’s a certified biblical counselor with ACBC and teaches at conferences and training centers across the nation. He’s the author of Gospel Treason – Betraying the Gospel with Hidden Idols.  Brad and his wife, Vicki, have five wonderful children.

Laurie has been a certified counselor with NorthCreek Church for over 15 years. Laurie served as Director of Women’s Ministries for the church for many years. She is currently the Counseling Assistant for Jeremy Pray, Pastor of NorthCreek Church’s Biblical Counseling Ministry, where she completes intakes with women coming for counseling. Laurie specializes in counseling about disordered eating and self-harm. She and her husband have 2 children, both married with children.

Randy is the president of TEAM Focus Ministries, an organization that seeks to increase the discipleship effectiveness of evangelical churches and Christian leaders through public proclamation of Scripture and private coaching. He has an M. Div. from Grace Theological Seminary has done doctoral studies at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Randy and his wife, Cindy have been married for 46 years and have two children and six grandchildren.  They are long-time members of College Park Church in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Wayne is the Executive Director of Overseas Instruction in Counseling, an international biblical counseling training ministry. Wayne served in pastoral ministry for 32 years and has earned two D.Min. degrees in Biblical Counseling. He is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors and an ACBC Certified Training Center Director. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Susie, for 46 years. They have five adult children and twenty-one grandchildren.

Dr. Ellen pastors in Houston, Texas and is the Senior Professor of Biblical Counseling at the College of Biblical Studies. He developed the Expository Counseling Center and travels nationwide with ACBC. He is also a Senior Member of the Biblical Counseling Framework Association. Dr. Ellen also teaches on a morning show called “Up With The Son” where he teaches various topics from God’s Word. He and his wife Venessa have two children and four grandchildren.

Dale Johnson is Executive Director of the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC) and also serves as assistant professor of biblical counseling at Southwestern Seminary. Dale previously served as associate pastor of family life at Raiford Road Church in Macclenny, Fla., for seven years. He completed his Ph.D. in Biblical Counseling in 2014 and was subsequently elected to the faculty in Southwestern’s Terry School of Church and Family Ministries where he continues to lead master’s and doctoral level courses as well as serve as associate dean for the doctoral research program.

Cindy completed her Master’s degree and post-Master’s degree with the University of California, San Francisco. She is certified as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Child and Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing and is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has worked for the John Muir Health System for the past 30+ years in a variety of roles, including as a Nurse Practitioner working with patients at the Behavioral Health Center who are admitted for treatment of psychiatric and addiction problems.

Stuart Scott has over forty years of experience in counseling and pastoral ministry and teaches in the graduate program of biblical counseling at The Master’s University in Santa Clarita, CA. He is an author and the membership director and a Fellow with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors. Stuart is married to his wife Zondra and they have two grown children and two grandchildren.

Kent comes to us with a B.S. in Business Administration, an M.Div in Pastoral Ministries and a Th.M. in Old Testament Theology from The Master's College and Seminary. He also holds a D. Min. in Preaching from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He and his wife Julie were married in 1998, and they have five children.

Kevin Carson is the Pastor of the Sonrise Baptist Church in Ozark, Missouri. He serves as the department chair of biblical counseling at the Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary in Springfield, Missouri. He is ACBC Certified, IABC Certified, a council member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition, and an author. He and his wife, Kelly, have four children.

Andrew has 23+ years of pastoral experience, is a Fellow and Board Member of the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC) and a Council Member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has broad experience teaching in a variety of colleges and seminaries both in the United States and internationally. Andrew and his wife, Jenny, have been married since 1994 and have four children.

Steve has been at NorthCreek Church since 1984. He has served as Men’s Ministries Director, Director/Pastor of Biblical Counseling, and as a Lifestage Pastor over singles and marrieds (40-60). Steve earned his MABC from The Master's College. He and his wife, Sue, were married in 1982 and have two adult children.
